What Color Splash does, is quite amazing. That effect of using some color strokes on the picture which supposed is black and white, can turn the image into something extremely beautiful.

TiltShift Generator – Fake Miniature
I highly recommend this program for applying some effects to the landscape photos. It is perfect to point out some of the central elements of the image and blur out inessential details.
