As much as a lack of historical stats might irk some, the euphoria you feel when you realize Fantasy Football Cheatsheet includes 2009 projected player stats should overshadow that. It is also incredibly simple to use – one click adds a player to your wishlist, your team or marks him as unavailable.
But what really takes this app from very good to great is the inclusion of Rotoword.com data. With two swipes and a click you can get the latest news on a player before deciding if he’s the right pick for you.
Aside from stats and the Rotoworld.com headlines, the player cards include health status, average draft position and average auction value (you can download up-to-date data at MyFantasyLeague.com). Basically, it has all the information you need for your draft without the hours of research.
Even the cost of Fantasy Football Cheatsheet ’09 is appealing. At $1.99, the app is cheaper than most online draft guides and magazines. Couple that with ease of use and this is a fantastic app that any fantasy football fanatic should check out.
