Scene it? Romance includes lots of whimsical, entertaining games with whimsical, entertaining names such as “Cupid’s Arrow” and “Puppy Love,” wherein you watch a short clip from a romantic movie, and then answer several trivia questions about it.
For those of us who are familiar with the likes of Pretty Woman and About a Boy, the questions are a breeze. You might even stumble across some oldies but goodies that you’d like to revisit.
Curious to know where you’re scoring in the love department? The app also features a love meter. Tap your finger on the red heart, and you’re given a reading. Scores range from raging inferno to dead fish.
And if you’re hanging out with a friend, or multiple friends, there are games that require more than one person, such as “Lover’s Quarrel,” another movie-trivia-themed game.
As with many apps these days, this one allows you to sign in to Facebook to share your scores and love meter rating with the world. The only thing that’s missing is a virtual florist that would enable you to send your loved one flowers.
