Entertainment, Reuters, and Twitterrific all appear to be apps to be approved for the iPad, as expected the device will be a haven for gamers looking to bring the mobile experience back into the living room.

While consumers who ordered their iPads early should expect an April 3 delivery, recent purchases of the iPad won’t be shipped until April 12. The same report from Gizmodo says that the first generation of iPads won’t be available in stores on opening day.
Elsewhere on the iPad beat, All Things Digital is reporting that website publishers getting Apple exclusives are being approached to configure their sites for the launch in exchange for preferred exposure.
