iHome+Sleep, the alarm clock app from the experts on alarm clocks

At first, I thought this app was just a fancy alarm clock. I didn’t like it because it drained my battery. Then, I realized that it gives you stats about your sleeping habits and snooze cycles. It also calculates the amount of hours you sleep per week, most recent bedtimes, and most recent wake times. My favorite feature is actually the bedtime dimmer, which you can use to dim the screen. This is very handy when you are trying to fall asleep. My only wish is that it ran in the background, so that I could be doing other tasks with my phone. Or maybe I just haven’t figured that out yet? Oh yeah, and it is a little tough on the battery.

The image of the flower is incredible. I just wish there were more flowers to mediate on. Satori is “a deep sense of inner joy.” I don’t know if staring at a flower on my iphone is going to give me that, or rather help me to “achieve” Satori. Let me know if it works for you!
