Reshan Richards “Explains Everything”: How people are using the app in Nepal

Explain Everything, which celebrated its third birthday yesterday, is a favorite screencasting app among appoLearning Experts, and other tech-savvy teachers across the globe. appoLearning contributor extraordinaire Julene Reed sat down with Explain Everything Co-creator Reshan Richards to discuss what inspired the application’s invention, and how it can serve a classroom near you.

In the sixth edition of this ongoing series, Richards talks about how Explain Everything has no user tracking. The best way he understands how people are using the app is via videos, blogs and at conferences. One of his favorite use cases involved Nepalese teachers experimenting with the technology.

Explain Everything is available to download for $2.99 on the iPad, as well as Android and Windows-based tablet devices.
