Seek and Find is, unfortunately, one of those games that may have got lost in the sea of apps. It’s a fast-paced title that challenges your hand-eye coordination, memory and logic skills. With simple controls, challenging levels and fun gameplay, it’s definitely an app that people should dig up and take a look at.
The game allows up to four profiles to be saved on the device, so you can challenge each other for the highest score. Once you’ve selected your profile, you can immediately begin playing. The directions are simple. Read what the task is, and tap on the correct character. For example, it might show you a picture of a pirate and ask you to find him on the screen. Depending on the difficulty, the screen might display a few or many different characters. You need to tap on the matching character to advance to the next level. It might be as easy as finding one out of eight that are static images. Or, you might have to find the correct character out of 30 characters that are all moving around on the screen. To challenge you even more, sometimes the screen will go black, or flash the images. There are 45 different levels.
The easy levels are easy enough for children to have fun with, while the medium and hard levels are challenging for even the most intelligent person. The true challenge is how well you can spot a specific image among many similar images. However, you must complete each level before the clock reaches zero. The faster you complete each task, the more points you get, and only your highest score is recorded. If I have one criticism of the game, it would be that there are only a few different characters. It would be nice if there were a wider variety of images to use in each level.
You can pause the game, but the screen goes black so you can’t see what’s on the screen. There is also a button to mute the music.
Seek and Find hasn’t received much success in the App store since its launch. However, maybe with a fresh update of new characters and features it could have a chance to compete. It’s absolutely a fun game for all ages, and I strongly recommend checking it out.
