Approximately one year after making itself available on iOS devices with an iPhone/iPod Touch offering, social media service and pioneer Pinterest now has an official standalone iPad app as well.
In what was a busy day for Pinterest and its mobile offerings, the company also debuted for the first time an Android application, and gave a new look and feel to its existing iPhone application.
