Numbridge (Free)
What’s it about? Purchase and use local phone numbers in foreign countries to make local calls and for other business-related needs.
What’s cool? Calling internationally, or encouraging people abroad to call you internationally, can be something of a pain. Numbridge makes the process of connecting with people in other countries cheaper and easier by allowing users to purchase and utilize foreign numbers and tie them to their devices. That means you can buy a local number in London or Hong Kong and use it to make calls, while receiving local phone call rates instead of paying for international calls. It also gives people in those places a local number to call in order to reach you, which is great for businesses hoping to emphasize a local presence, but who still need to send calls overseas.
Who’s it for? Anyone who could use local phone numbers in foreign countries should try out Numbridge.

Motion Math: Pizza! ($3.99)
What’s it about? Motion Math: Pizza! challenges players to buy ingredients, make pizzas, create a pizzeria and learn economics and math skills.
What’s cool? There’s a whole lot more to making pizza than just dropping toppings onto dough, and Motion Math: Pizza! uses the extensive number of other elements that go into creating a delicious pie to teach kids lots of different math skills. As the owner of a pizzeria, players have to determine who to buy their ingredients from and what they’ll pay for them, how much they’ll use for each pizza and what they’ll sell them for. With lots of different customers to please, players also will have to strategically design their menus and learn skills at the cash register, as well.
Who’s it for? Motion Math: Pizza! is good for kids learning math skills they can apply in real life, but the difficulty ramps up over time to make it good for a wide range of players.

What’s it about? Travel through a fantastical hidden world after being shrunk in Violett, an adventure game that’s filled with beautiful settings and puzzles for players to solve.
What’s cool? Rebellious teenager Violett has been dragged by her parents to live in the country, but it’s not the boring existence she expects when she’s magically transported into another world – or, more aptly, shrunk down and exploring the world from a mouse’s eye view. In order to find her way back to her parents, Violett has to interact with gnomes and frogs, fight a spider queen and use telekinesis and other abilities to solve puzzles along the way. The game features hand-painted backgrounds and lots for players to explore, as well as a lengthy narrative to unravel.
Who’s it for? Fans of fantastical settings inspired by works like Alice in Wonderland, and point-and-click adventure games in general, should give Violett a try.
