What’s it about? Run, jump, dodge and fight in NinJump Rooftops, an endless runner that’s all about ninja skills and quick reflexes.
What’s cool? NinJump Rooftops has a pretty simple premise – as in other endless runners, you’re racing across rooftops, trying not to hit obstacles or miss jumps, for as long as possible. Where NinJump stands apart is in the fact that you’re a ninja, and need to not just avoid, but defeat the deadly animal martial artists standing in your way. Pandas, humming birds, squirrels and star-throwing ninjas all want to stop you, but you can take them out by jumping into or onto them, which triggers your ninja attack skills. Taking out three enemies of the same type in a row triggers a boost, alongside all the other kinds of power-ups you’ll find along the way, NinJump rewards players with quick reflexes with lots of different ways to excel.
Who’s it for? Fans of casual games and other NinJump titles will have a great time with NinJump Rooftops.

Kingdom Rush: Frontiers update ($2.99)
What’s it about? Tower defense title Kingdom Rush: Frontiers brings new heroes, new towers, and new enemies to bear against players as they flex their strategy muscles and reflexes to defeat oncoming hordes.
What’s cool? Among the cooler tower defense games in the iTunes App Store, Kingdom Rush: Frontiers expands on the story of the original Kingdom Rush, and adds lots of new gameplay elements, as well. Like other tower defense games, players lay down various structures along pathways and use them to fight off enemies seeking to get from one side of the level to the other. If too many enemies make it through, the game ends, so players upgrade their towers with better defenses with money earned by killing bad guys. You’ll also deploy and upgrade powerful heroes, and use quick reflexes to drop flaming meteors on bad guys or send reinforcements to bolster your defenses. Kingdom Rush: Frontiers adds three new Halloween-themed levels, plus new enemies to fight and new heroes to use.
Who’s it for? If you like tower defense games, you’ll definitely want to play Kingdom Rush: Frontiers, as it’s among the best out there.
