What’s it about? Work against identify theft and receive alerts about potential threats or surveillance of your personal data using ProtectMyID.
What’s cool? Subscribers to the ProtectMyID service get a mobile command center from Experian’s ProtectMyID app. It sends alerts for all the things the service protects against, like alerts about your credit or changes of address, and helps users fight off potential identify theft. The app will help you assess risk to your identity with things like a self-assessment quiz, and if you do find yourself the victim of identity theft, the app includes helpful information to deal with the fallout and regain control of your situation.
Who’s it for? ProtectMyID is specifically geared toward users of the service, but if you’re not a member and you want to be, you can sign up through the app.

Infinity Blade III update ($2.99)
What’s it about? The final entry in the graphically beautiful sword-dueling trilogy lets players control both series protagonist Siris and his ally, Isa, as they battle the immortal Deathless.
What’s cool? Like the other Infinity Blade titles, Infinity Blade III follows the trials of Siris, an immortal swordfighter looking to overthrow the corrupt Deathless, a group of powerful immortals that hold the world under their control. In order to do that, he needs to defeat them in the series’ single combat, which has players parrying blows, dodging attacks, and slicing away using swipe controls. Infinity Blade III further expands the story with tons of additional mission and a new playable character, the assassin Isa. Infinity Blade III’s new big update, dubbed “Ausar Rising,” adds even more new stuff, like new story quests, a new difficulty mode, new skills to earn and weapons and armor to master, and more.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic update ($4.99)
What’s it about? The classic role-playing game that takes place thousands of years before the events of the franchise’s films puts players in the role of a Jedi during a war between the Republic and the evil Sith.
What’s cool? The galaxy is on the brink of destruction after a pair of Jedi, Revan and Malak, disappeared and returned as Sith Lords – with a huge fleet of ships with which to wage war on the Republic. Players of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic must gather a band of characters and journey all over the galaxy to solve the mystery of what happened to Revan and Malak, and to fight to keep the Republic from falling before the might of the Sith fleet. The game features an adaptive story that includes plenty of choices in dialog, and players can choose whether they want to fight on the Light Side or the Dark Side of the Force. The latest update to Knights of the Old Republic makes the game universal, and therefore, compatible with the iPhone and iPod Touch, as well as the iPad.
