Keep track of anything you like with LifeLogger iPhone app

I used to love making lists, specifically to check items off. I’m not quite as Type A anymore, but if LifeLogger had been around when I was so list-obsessed I might have given the app for iPhone and iPod Touch a look.

LifeLogger offers a well-designed, albeit simple, interface that allows users to track absolutely anything they want. To begin, you’ll first want to start a topic for your list, such as books, to do, movies, anything. Then you can add items with a description and date. A single photo is optional, as are additional notes, but I found myself wishing for more options. Support for more photos would make this app more feature-rich. The notes section also doesn’t offer the ability to add paragraph returns, which makes entering useful information difficult.

LifeLogger developers are reportedly adding a search function and support for Twitter and Facebook exporting, all of which would improve app experience since spending a lot of time entering info here could be frustrating to lose with no backup. I’d also like to see some type of sort option, perhaps displaying alphabetically rather than just by date, to give added functionality.

LifeLogger’s vast versatility makes it a good choice for users looking for a list-keeper, but I’d wait to make the purchase until the next update.
