Once you register and fill out your flight details for all of your upcoming trips, the app presents you with a personalized daily activity calendar based on your therapy of choice and a real-time graph of predicted adjustment. Tips include the ideal times to get light, avoid light and even exercise in order to help ease your jet lag. The iPhone app also includes an alertness meter, indicating performance, and in-flight tips based on trip length. But, be warned, you have to start the therapy before you trip, so don’t try to start using the app mid-flight, because it won’t work.
It’s a clever way to make flying more enjoyable and assimilating into your current environment more tolerable.
