Carnivores: Ice Age will take you back to the days of the Woolly Mammoth and gives you plenty of chances to take down some of the most iconic creatures of that age like the Saber toothed Tiger.
The app acts like a traditional hunting game with wind, large maps, and some long tracking sessions. The controls are handled like most first person shooters out for the iPhone and actually felt pretty smooth. I’m not much for hunting games and definitely found it to be a little bit slow and clunky.
But fans of the genre will have plenty of tools to jump into the world and make that perfect shot.
Overall, the game was cheap and there are a few different flavors aside from this one to check out as well. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a dangerous hunt game.
