Now only hours away from the first batch of iPads getting in the hands of consumers, Apple has begun incorporating iPad-specific apps into the iTunes App Store.
Among the more heavily promoted iPad apps include MLB.com 2010 for iPad, which is carried on both the iPhone and Apple’s tablet computer, the App Store shows separate designations for “iPad Apps” and general Apps already available on the iPhone and iPod touch.
