Meditation exercises by Alan Berry, Tai Chi and meditation Master, focuses on healing parts of the body affected by stress. There are 3 guided meditations to balance the mind and body. Meditation for the 2 Brains calms the stomach and the mind. If the mind is upset so is the stomach. I find by doing meditation exercises before going to sleep helps to digest the meal I have had and calming for a deep sleep.
