There is a workout for just about everything that might be ailing you. My favorite of the 12 workouts are the Bounce Back ASAP, The Great Sex Workout and the Om Alone. The best part of the iPhone app is the workouts vary from two minutes up to 30 minutes, so you can’t ever say you don’t have the time to work out!

My New Year’s resolution for 2010 is to do a little yoga every day to see how it can transform my body and state of mind over the course of the year. I’m excited to use this iPhone app in my journey and log my daily workouts using the yoga log in the iPhone app. I hope Women’s Health offer updates soon though, because 12 workouts are not going to keep me satisfied for an entire year!
