Have Burger King Now your way (as long as you live in New York)

Hey, Burger King: I like Whoppers, but I hate lines. So why can’t I use your awesome Burger King Now: Phone Ordering app to jump ahead of the jokers waiting to place their orders at my local BK?

I want to give you my credit card information. I want to eat your hamburgers. And your onion rings. And those chicken-fried things. Man, those are tasty.

So if you make your Burger King Now: Phone Ordering available for download, it should work. Right?

There’s no way for me to find out on my own. I don’t live in New York City, home to the only two stores that can accept orders from Burger King Now: Phone Ordering.

Burger King, you’re such a tease. I do, however, love the concept behind this app. Someday, when it’s fully functional, I’ll be able to find the closest Burger King, then place and pay for an order through my iPhone. That’s cool.

Although I’m not sure I want to create an account for something like junk food—I prefer anonymous shame to being a registered fast-food consumer.

When you guys get out of beta, maybe I’ll give you a try. Until then, your app is off my iPhone.
