The Pantheon Cycle: Shrouded Aspect (iPhone) $4.99

More than 30 hours of gameplay awaits in The Pantheon Cycle, a sword-and-sorcery turn-based role-playing game centering on combat and a story derived from Celtic mythology that has you battling an evil plague. You can learn more than 200 skill to use to fight through enemies, as well as customize your equipment to make sure you’re always at your strongest.

There are 32 scenarios to play through in the game, and each has branching paths to encourage you to play through them more than once in a different way. The game is on sale for a limited time, but will hop up to $9.99 in the near future.

Tiki Totems 2 update (iPhone) $0.99

A casual puzzle game requires you to carefully destroy stacks of blocks to remove a certain number from each puzzle, without letting a totem statue piled on top of them to touch the ground. If the statue hits the ground or falls off the screen, the god the villagers worship will become angry and destroy the village with a volcano, so you’ll need to be careful to tap away the right blocks without dismantling the whole pile.

Tiki Totems 2 includes 208 levels across three game modes, and was recently updated to add another 32 stages to the game’s complement. It has Game Center support for leaderboards and achievements, and even comes with a level editor so you can design and build your own levels and share them with other players.

Mazeus (iPhone) Free

Guide a ball through three-dimensional mazes in Mazeus, a free game that includes several difficulty modes, a simple aesthetic and some complex levels. You can even specify what kind of maze you want to solve at the outset by adjusting customizable variables.

Mazes are constructed of a series of ramps and straightaways, making it difficult to see all the way through them from a single angle. You’ll need to rotate the maze using touchscreen controls in order to find your way through. Tapping moves your ball to the end of a given portion of the path, making for a simple control scheme that doesn’t intrude on the gameplay.
