Here are five Fresh iPhone Apps worth tapping into today.

1. Hope for Haiti Now

A mobile extension of the January 22 telethon for victims of the Haiti Earthquake, this free iPhone app lets you purchase the album recorded from the event with performances by Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, and others and make donations directly to the Hope for Haiti Now fun.

In a related story focusing on the iPhone’s impact during the Haiti crises, Wired magazine reports that a U.S. filmmaker saved his own life by following the directions of the Pocket First Aid iPhone app before being recovered by a French rescue team.

2. Inside the Office

Finally, an app for “that’s what she said.” Based on the popular NBC show The Office, this 99-cent game features more than 1,000 trivia questions about the travails of Michael, Pam and Jim. With two modes of gameplay, compare your scores against other fans all over the world (including those elitists who will only watch the BBC version).
