SEED 2 is a pretty deep and involved game for something that appears on the iPhone. Ithas some beautiful 2D graphics modeled after the 16-bit gaming era and looks to be full of the kind of old-school character customization RPG fans will enjoy. Non-video gamers, this might not be the game for you, as SEED 2 looks to be pretty involved. But if you have some experience with the likes of Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger, you shouldn’t be disappointed.
Mad Pops HD (iPhone, iPad) Free (was $0.99)
Mad Pops seems to be one of those iPhone games that’s so simple, it’s addicting. Basically, there are a bunch of objects on the screen, like balloons, and you touch them to pop them before they fall.
Not the greatest or more interesting of concepts, but then again, this is the sort of game that’s a great time-killer and it doesn’t cost you anything. Games like Mad Pops are great for mobile devices because they can be played for five seconds without any real investment – and this game certainly sounds like it falls into that category.

The idea of this app is brilliant, and the free price makes it an even smarter download decision. Unfollow for Twitter scans through the people on your “Following” list on Twitter and helps peg people you don’t want to follow – inactive accounts, for example, or just anyone you specify using a search filter. And then with one button, they’re gone from your timeline.
Obviously this app is only useful to Twitter users, but for those people, Unfollow sounds handy. It’ll be especially useful for people who like to keep their Twitter account nice and clean and should save a lot of time going through follower lists, figuring out who’s boring.
