In something of a reversed version of Three-Card Monty, you have to move a set of cute-looking animals on the bottom of your screen so that various food items falling from the sky land in the mouths of the correct animals. Lions don’t like bananas, but monkeys do – so you switch the monkey and the lions’ positions. The game picks up speed after a while to test your coordination and reflexes. It also seems extremely, almost unbearably, cute.
Game Cheats for iPhone/iPod Touch (iPhone) $0.99 (was $1.99)
Just what it says – Game Cheats gives you inside information on more than 75 iPhone games. Among them are Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, Sonic the Hedgehog, Resident Evil 4, Doodle Jump and Angry Birds. The app presents you with a screen for each game that details what the cheats are and how they are unlocked in each of the games it includes. Alas, you still have to download the games separately and try the cheats yourself.

Yesterday we told you ColorBlast! was on sale for just a buck – today, it’s Color Splash that’s down to just $0.99.
Like its blast-related counterpart, Color Splash lets you selectively colorize a photo, so that one element remains in color while the rest of the photo is turned black and white. It’s a simple but dramatic effect, and Color Splash includes a lot of features to make it easy on the user. These features include video and written tutorials, and lots of undo capability to correct mistakes. It also allows photos to be saved frequently and at various stages of the process, so resuming former work on a photo is no problem.
