I have one succinct word for the CorpSpeak app (99 cents): lame. The idea behind this app had potential, but the execution is poor.
The random phrases of corporate speech are too jargon-y to have any real use. I even got the same phrase twice in a row a few times. Not to mention some of the phrases popped up repeatedly. And, that is the entire app; it pops up phrases over and over again. They could have at least added a search function.
This app said, “We’re going to collaborate across niches; most importantly, we’re going have a growing time winning with clients and generating growing financial performance.” What? They didn’t even proofread this app, apparently. And, who says “growing time?” Something tells me that phrase is not in the vocabulary of many CEOs. I’m afraid if you use this, you might just get fired for saying stupid, nonsensical phrases.
