It was hard enough remembering lyrics to your favorite songs when you only had Top 40 radio stations to choose from. Now thanks to the iPhone, Top 40 lyrics and so much more are just a finger tap away.
The iLyrics app is simple to use. When you play a song on your the iPod touch or the iPod part of your iPhone, open iLyrics and it will pull up a handful of Web pages that have the lyrics for that song and some with a similar name.
In my tests, iLyric did a solid job of finding lyrics to my songs but the success rate was closer to 75 percent than 100 percent.
Also, you can add a link to your Facebook page to tell everyone in your network what song you’re listening to. Be careful, though: You may not want everyone to know when that Shania Twain song pops up during shuffle mode.
