Most of us have played Bop It before in our life. Many of my early days were filled with the handheld toy that tested my poor reaction time and mocked me when I screwed up. Now that fun is available to anyone who has an iPhone or iPod Touch.
The game has been released in the app store and adds yet another twist onto the classic formula. This version of the game gives you the option to pick which actions you want to be a part of your round. The game offers 12 different actions to pick from most of which need to be unlocked. The game lets you use the touch screen to interact or gives you extra points for using the accelerometer to perform the actions.
The game has multiplayer and plenty of game options to choose from. The actions didn’t always perform perfectly and most of the time moving my phone in the same way would activate the action making the different ones pointless.
Overall, the game was fun but the inaccuracy of the touch and motion actions made it difficult sometimes.
