The latest reinvention of Ask.com is in the form of brand new iPhone app Pollroll.
Debuting just in time for SXSW, Pollroll allows users to identify entertainment, food and gathering options in their vicinity and create polls that are uploaded to Facebook and Twitter to assess how good and popular they might be.
Pollroll is hardly the first app in this space. Wayin and PollBob are among the most prominent. Still, the production and user-interface expertise offered by the Ask.com team makes Pollroll stand out. You may even find yourself tapping into it weeks after SXSW or wherever you may be.
