People like to make fun of Apple touting the number of apps in the App Store by pointing out that for every useful app available it seems like there are 10 frivolous apps available for download. To those people I say: I think I finally found something more useless than a fart app.
Follow Kim Kardashian (free) has exactly one function: It is an app that has all of the tweets that Kim Kardashian has made on Twitter. That’s it. You can’t reply to her tweets from the app, or read any other tweets. All you can do here is read this pseudo-celebrity’s small handful of tweets.
I don’t know why you’d opt to use this instead of just reading her tweets as they came in on your Twitter app of choice. It’s not as if she’s particularly prolific; there aren’t more than 20 here on the app.
About the only sensible thing you could say about Follow Kim Kardashian is that at least it’s free — though it would’ve been amusing to see how many people would pay $1 or more to have all of Kim Kardashian’s tweets in one place. I’m glad we live in a world where I’ll never know that answer.
